In a serene village, farmer Luca cherished his ancestors' garlic farming legacy. Infusing his rich heritage into every batch, he crafted the beloved Garlic and Herb Mash, a flavourful tribute to tradition adored by all who tasted it.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Large Potatoes 

  • 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter

  • 1 Garlic Clove, crushed

  • 1 IMANA Garlic & Herb Flavoured Stock Cube 

  • â…“ Cup Heavy Cream

  • â…• Cup Cheese

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

  • Water

METHOD

  1. Peel and chop your potatoes into cubes.

  2. In a large pot boil 600 mls of water with the IMANA Garlic & Herb Flavoured Stock Cube.

  3. Add in the potatoes and cook until potatoes become fork tender for about 20 - 25 minutes.

  4. While potatoes are boiling, melt butter with crushed garlic and cook on low for about 2 - 3 minutes. 

  5. Strain the potatoes and place into a large bowl. Mash with a potato masher. Stir in garlic butter, cream, salt and pepper.
