INGREDIENTS
3 Large PotatoesÂ
3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
1 IMANA Garlic & Herb Flavoured Stock CubeÂ
â…“ Cup Heavy Cream
â…• Cup Cheese
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Water
METHOD
Peel and chop your potatoes into cubes.
In a large pot boil 600 mls of water with the IMANA Garlic & Herb Flavoured Stock Cube.
Add in the potatoes and cook until potatoes become fork tender for about 20 - 25 minutes.
While potatoes are boiling, melt butter with crushed garlic and cook on low for about 2 - 3 minutes.Â
Strain the potatoes and place into a large bowl. Mash with a potato masher. Stir in garlic butter, cream, salt and pepper.
