In a Mediterranean village, the tradition of crafting exquisite beef skewers originated centuries ago when nomadic traveler's shared their grilling secrets. INGREDIENTS
MARINADE:
500 g Beef, cubedÂ
3 tsp Garlic, crushedÂ
1 Tbsp spices of choiceÂ
1 tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 IMANA Beef Flavoured Stock Cube
1 tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp White Vinegar
1 Tbsp OilÂ
Red and Green pepper, cut into chunksÂ
SkewersÂ
BASTING:
1 cup Butter, melted
METHOD
In a bowl, mix all beef marinade ingredients together and add the beef cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.Â
Thread the beef pieces and peppers onto skewers.
Grill for 8 - 10 minutes, turning them frequently and baste with the melted butter frequently.Â
Serve with a salad and sauce to dunk in.
