Historically, prawn-based broths have been a staple in coastal communities, where fresh seafood and fragrant spices were used to create hearty, immune-boosting meals. This bowl takes inspiration from those time-honored traditions, blending protein-packed prawns with mushrooms and warming broth, making it the perfect comfort food.

INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp Oil
100g Prawns
200g Chicken, sliced
1 Chilli, chopped
100g Mushrooms
45g IMANA Gourmet Ginger, Onion & Garlic Flavoured Soup
500ml Vegetable Broth
100g Rice, cooked
METHOD
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the chicken and prawns and cook until golden.
Stir in the chilli and mushrooms. Add the IMANA Gourmet Ginger, Onion & Garlic Flavoured Soup and mix well. Add the vegetable broth.
Add the rice and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
