Sausage bakes are a classic British dish and were likely created in the Middle Ages. Sausage is a popular ingredient for many meals and can be cooked using a pastry shell or served with delicious roasted vegetables.

INGREDIENTS
3 Tbsp Oil
500g Sausages
2 - 3 Red Onions, quartered
1 Butternut, peeled, cut into large cubes
2 Red Peppers, quartered
2 Green Peppers, quartered
10 Baby Potatoes, halved
1 IMANA Minestrone Flavoured Soup
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Place the sausages and prepared vegetables in a baking tray. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with IMANA Minestrone Flavoured Soup powder.
Roast for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender and sausages are cooked.
