It’s a dish that started in West Africa and evolved with spices from Indian and Cape Malay kitchens, offering a flavourful meal enjoyed by many. Simple, hearty, and easy to prepare, it’s a go-to for families looking for warmth.

INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp Oil
200g Ground Beef, cubed
½ Cup Bell Peppers, diced
½ Cup Zucchini, diced
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
500ml Vegetable Broth
45g IMANA Gourmet Fiery Chilli Tomato Flavoured Soup powder
METHOD
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned.
Stir in the bell peppers and zucchini for extra texture. Add the IMANA Gourmet Fiery Chilli Tomato Flavoured Soup powder and mix well.
Add the broth and let simmer for 5 minutes.
If desired, add to a blender to make a creamier soup.
