Deep fried wings have long been a staple in Southern American cooking. More recently, these have been dunked or coated in sticky sauce to give you the crunch as well as the sweet sticky dipping sauce flavour.
INGREDIENTS
500g Chicken wingsÂ
¼ cup SugarÂ
Salt and pepper
Sesame seeds (optional)
Fresh dhania, chopped (optional)
1 IMANA Sticky BBQ Sauce
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Season the wings with salt and pepper before tossing them in the sugar.Â
Roast the wings for 30 minutes.
Pour over prepared IMANA Sticky BBQ Sauce and continue to roast for another 15 minutes.Â
Sprinkle with sesame seeds or fresh dhania before serving (optional).
