Nachos originated in Mexico in the city of Piedras Negras when a woman came into a restaurant asking for chips covered in a few of her favourite things. Traditional nachos include fried Tortilla chips that are topped with cheese, peppers and olives and served with tomato and onion salsa and guacamole.
INGREDIENTS
250ml Sour creamÂ
250g Tortilla chips
1 tsp Dhania Â
2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
SalsaÂ
Guacamole
1 IMANA Sriracha Cheese SauceÂ
METHOD
Mix IMANA Sriracha Cheese Sauce powder with sour cream.Â
Assemble your nachos in an ovenproof dish by layering tortilla chips, salsa, guacamole and grated cheese.Â
Grill in the oven and serve immediately with dollops of sour cream and a sprinkle of dhania.
