Terms and Conditions:

The name of this competition is the IMANA Heart of Home Competition.
The competition will run from the 17 March 2025 to 27 April 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.
This competition is open to South African citizens residing within the Republic of South Africa.
No employees, directors, agents nor merchandisers of IMANA Foods SA (Pty) Ltd, its subsidiaries and business partners, associates, advertising nor promotion agencies and staff members of its participating outlets, may take part in the competition.
Participants may enter as many times as they like, provided they use a different unique till slip for each entry.
Only 1 entry per till slip will be processed. Multiple entries from the same cellphone number are allowed, provided each entry uses a different till slip. A cell phone number will only be allowed to win once for the competition duration.
Invalid and duplicated till slips will not be accepted as an entry.
The till slip submitted as proof of purchase must clearly show the purchase of the IMANA product mentioned below within the official competition period, as specified in the competition details. Any till slips reflecting purchases made outside this period will be disqualified.
To enter the competition, entrants must purchase any IMANA Packet Soup or IMANA Instant Sauce or IMANA Gravy or IMANA Cook-in-Sauce or IMANA Stock Cube product. Entrants must then WhatsApp the word “Hello” to +27 074 904 1428 to enter. Please have your till slip handy as you will be asked to upload a clear photo. Data Rates Apply.

Kitchen Makeover Prize:
The IMANA will appoint a kitchen specialist in the area with the budget of R200 000.00 – this will include design, materials and labour costs.

Any additional costs beyond R200 000 will be the winner’s responsibility. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or substitutable.

Winner Eligibility & Property Requirements

The kitchen makeover is only available for a permanent residence owned by the winner.

If the winner is renting, they must provide written permission from the property owner/landlord before any work begins.

If the winner does not have a kitchen to renovate, they may forfeit the prize, and an alternative winner may be selected at the organizer’s discretion.

The makeover must take place at a single residential property within South Africa.

The winner will work with a designated kitchen specialist and the final quote must be approved by Imana before any work begins.

Any changes requested by the winner after approval may incur additional costs, payable by the winner.

The kitchen makeover must be completed by 31 December 2025, or within 6 months of the quote approval, whichever comes first.

Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. supply chain issues) may result in an extended timeline, at Imana’s discretion.

The makeover covers standard kitchen fittings, cabinetry, countertops and appliances as per the approved quote. Structural changes (e.g. wall removal, plumbing, electrical relocation) may not be covered unless included in the approved quote. Permits, plans and approvals (if required) are the responsibility of the winner. The organiser is not liable for unforeseen costs or issues arising from existing conditions in the winner’s kitchen.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activities related to the kitchen makeover, including but not limited to photography, videography and testimonials.

The winner must provide before and after photos of their kitchen and allow the organiser or its representatives to capture images and videos during the renovation process.

The organiser reserves the right to use these images, videos and testimonials across various platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and other promotional materials.

The winner waives any rights to compensation for the use of their name, likeness and images in relation the to the promotion or this giveway.

Handover of the prizes:
The IMANA Area Agent will hand over the Takealot Kitchen Appliance Vouchers to the winners at the participating stores where the winner purchased their IMANA product from.

The IMANA Area Agent will hand over the confirmation of prize letter to the winner of the Kitchen at the participating store where the winner purchased their IMANA product from.

The judge's decision will be final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
The prize winners will have 72 hours to submit their identification documents to claim their prize. If the winner does not comply within the stipulated time, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn and the same rules apply.
Handover of the prizes will be arranged when the winners are phoned and the address and time for the handover is confirmed.
Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
IMANA Foods SA (Pty) Ltd or their agents do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to goods nor personal injury suffered as a result of participating or winning any prize and will also not be responsible nor liable for any further expenses or fees required for the purpose of using, applying for or enjoying the prize won in this competition.
Winners consent to IMANA Foods SA (Pty) Ltd using their names and pictures for publicity purposes. All entrants, by participating, grant IMANA Foods SA (Pty) Ltd permission to contact them about this promotion and/or future promotions. Consumers shall retain the right to withdraw this consent at any stage should they not wish to participate in any marketing nor promotional activities.
