Traditionally made with ‘Rookworst’ in kitchens all over the Netherlands, sausage is typically eaten on a bed of soft and fluffy mashed potato, topped with fresh herbs and gravy.

INGREDIENTS
1 Onion, chopped
500g Pork sausages
500g Mashed potatoes
1 tsp Salt
½ cup Butter, melted
1 IMANA Caramelised Onion & Balsamic Flavoured Gravy
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Fry the onion and sausages in the oil until cooked.
Arrange the fried onions and sausages in an ovenproof dish.
Prepare the IMANA Caramelised Onion & Balsamic Flavoured Gravy as per packet instructions.
Pour the prepared gravy over the sausages and cover with a thick layer of mashed potatoes.
Brush the mashed potatoes with melted butter and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
