Chicken wings were traditionally cooked on charcoal in outdoor fires. As time has passed, chicken began being marinated or spiced and then cooked in ovens or on grills. Chicken wings are a favorite in many Indonesian households and are served with noodles or sticky white rice.
INGREDIENTS
Chicken Pieces
125ml Mayonnaise
125ml Water
1 IMANA Roast Chicken Flavoured GravyÂ
METHOD
Coat the chicken pieces in IMANA Roast Chicken Flavoured Gravy powder.
Place in a shallow ovenproof dish.
Mix the mayonnaise and water and together and pour over the chicken pieces.
Bake, uncovered for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through.
