The origins of Bolognaise are found in the city of Bologna, Italy where fresh pasta was served with slow-cooked meat and tomatoes. Nowadays, Spaghetti Bolognaise is eaten all over the world and loved by many for its simple but delicious flavours.

INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp Oil
500g Beef mince
1 Onion, chopped
100g Tomato paste
400ml Cold water
1 IMANA Spaghetti Bolognaise Flavoured Cook-in-Sauce
METHOD
Fry the onion and mince in the oil.
Add 400ml cold water to the pan, stir in the IMANA Spaghetti Bolognaise Flavoured Cook-in-Sauce powder and bring to the boil while stirring.
Add the tomato paste to the pan.
Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with cooked spaghetti.
