IMANA In-Store Share The Joy Competition

Terms and Conditions:

1. Name of Competition: Imana In-Store Share The Joy

2. The competition will run from 18 March 2022 to 05 June 2022. Late entries will not be accepted.

3. The competition is open to Namibian citizens residing within Namibia.

4. No employees, directors, agents or merchandisers and their immediate family members directly connected to or in the employment of SGX Distributors Simpex, its subsidiaries and business partners, associates, advertising or promotion agencies and staff members may take part in the competition.​

Entry

1. To enter, buy any 2 Imana products then SMS the code ‘IMANA METRO’ or ‘IMANA ITN’ or ‘IMANA MEGA’ or ‘IMANA PNP’ or ‘IMANA WCC’ to the number 1010.

2. Only 1 entry per 2 Imana products purchased. Please keep your till slip as proof of purchase to claim your prize.

3. Participants may enter as many times as they like provided they use a different unique code for each entry.

4. If you SMS the word IMANA METRO | IMANA ITN | IMANA MEGA |  IMANA PNP | IMANA WCC to the incorrect number, your SMS entry will not be recognised.​

Prizes

1.  N$15 000 worth of in-store vouchers. A random electronic draw will take place monthly.

2. The judge’s decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

3. Vouchers and Imana products cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Winners will have 5 business days to submit their proof of purchase to claim their prize. If the winner does not comply within the stipulated time, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn and the same rules apply.

5. Alternate winners will be selected should IMANA Foods (Pty) Ltd not be able to reach the winner three times within 5 days.

6. IMANA Foods (Pty) Ltd or their agents do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to goods or personal injury suffered as a result of participating or winning any prize, and will also not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees required for purpose of using, applying or enjoying the prize won in this competition.

7. Winners consent to IMANA Foods (Pty) Ltd using their names for publicity purposes. All entrants, by participating, grant IMANA Foods (Pty) Ltd and SGX Distributors Simpex permission to contact them about this promotion and/or future marketing and promotion purposes. Consumers shall retain the right to withdraw this consent at any stage should they not wish to participate in any promotional activities.
